Entry form guidance and rules for 2024.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse team names that may cause offence. Changes of team names will not be accepted within one week of the Tournament. If in doubt please contact SOVT prior to submitting the form.
Where two or more teams are entered from the same club please ensure team names are noticeably different: NOT for example; Scotland I and Scotland II.
CLOSING DATE FOR ALL ENTRIES TO ALL DIVISIONS IS 30TH APRIL 2024.
Late entries will be accepted but will incur a surcharge of £20.00 per team.
All Outdoor Divisions £90.00.
All payments will be via Paypal.
A responsible adult must accompany junior teams.
* Players serving suspensions issued by their governing body will not be permitted to participate in the tournament.
Please note that there will be no system for the booking or pre-payment of camping places.
Camping will be available on the North Inch from 4.00pm onwards on Friday 24th May. Payment may only be made to the administrator on arrival at the campsite.
A team member must be nominated as a responsible person and shall be accountable for their group’s campsite activities. The responsible person should be aware of any relevant medical conditions of team members in case of anyone requiring emergency medical treatment and should have contact details of team members in case they require to be contacted.
The campsite administrator will determine a tent’s location within the camping area.
There will be a charge of £10.00 per tent to pitch in the camp site. This is payable on arrival.
There will be a car parking charge of £5.00 per car for the weekend of the tournament, payable on arrival. Due to the extra weight of camper vans they will not be allowed to park on the North Inch. Alternative sites will be indicated but not guaranteed.
