   Perth & Kinross Council will be charging us for any damage to the grass on the North Inch – we have already paid a £500 deposit in advance. We would request participants refrain from using disposable barbecues on the grass (portable barbecues are permitted provided the coals are above the grass and do not cause any grass damage). Any fire pit would also be required to be well above grass level to prevent scorching.
